The room had a musty, unused odor. Decor is very dated and needs a complete refurb with new brighter, bedding, carpets, paint etc. Ceiling tiles are from the 60's..... For the price of the Room I would expect a small tray with a kettle, Tea/Coffe/Buscuits to be available... Same as other similar priced establishments. Dinner I found expensive for what was on offer but one is paying a premium price for the view across the lake!! The view of course is what you pay for and that is this was the Hotels saving grace.

Decent stay overall. Rustic hotel in its own juice. Carpet is no longer relevant. Could put the AC, fan in the room but still too hot. Poorly insulated, you can hear everything going on in the hallways and next door arches and the cars in the street. Apart from that: The boss is very good advice and very friendly. The staff is pleasant, smiling and welcoming and does not hesitate to chat and joke with customers.
Great location and great value for money. Restaurant was also excellent with stunning views across lake Annecy.
Traveling that day, I wanted to treat myself by taking an evening stopover a little more expensive than usual. The hotel is dilapidated, the bedding and cleanliness incorrect, the bathroom from the 80s……in short, apart from the environment, the rest is to be avoided, especially at this price!!

I booked this hotel for 3 adults, except that when I booked I got the date wrong, we showed up at the hotel 1 day before (hotel full) but the person at the reception found us a other accommodation, the establishment did not charge us even though we had passed the 48 hour deadline, Thank you for the honesty and kindness you shared. We were very well received by the manager, the room was simple and comfortable, nothing was missing. The hotel is very well located, close to Annecy, on the edge of the lake, easy to access, with parking spaces just in front of the hotel, or paid parking below.
A hotel in the “boarding house” spirit. Warm welcome and fascinating discussions with the boss. I recommend room 10: small but a balcony overlooking the lake. Gorgeous !
€110 for a room without air conditioning (it was our choice) with hip bath, view of the lake, but also on the busy and noisy road, it's a bit expensive. No elevator, no proper parking (we parked on a sloping field). Beautiful beach for lounging and swimming in the lake 200m away. The reception was certainly very good, but the hotel deserves a renovation. Overall disappointed with our stay.
