Peut être un mini bar ou au moins des bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres pour l’arrivée mais sinon RAS.

Nous avons été déçu, par la restauration 58€ les plats étaient tres décevant.
La salade sud ouest. Très légère. Mise à part la quantité énorme de lardons et peu de gésier. Les tomates pas mûre..
Nous venons des Landes et nous étions loin de da la salade sud ouest.
Quelque taots de foie gras ou encore du fromage avec quelque pignons aurait été appréciable.
Le Burger de mon conjoint était quand lui sec et beaucoup trop simple pour le prix.
Le velouté d'asperge quand à lui étais excellent.
L'accueil était correct.
Les filles ont étais fort sympathique.
Par contre pour 180€ nous nous attendions à avoir au moins un petit déjeuner compris.
Le spa était de bonne qualité et propre.
La chambre et les sanitaires étaient très propre.

Le personnel est jeune mais soucieux du bien être de ses clients. Les chambres sont propres, avec des produits de qualité (café, thé, eau, kit de couture, soin des ongles et coton/coton-tiges.)
Le spa est un plus et ouvre à des horaires larges. Le jacuzzi était bien chaud mais semble avoir un peu vécu avec des jets qui ne sont pas homogènes et des bulles un peu faibles.
Le restaurant est pratique, efficace et le rapport qualité-prix est très bien.
Le petit-déjeuner est parfait.

Our hotel is not equipped with a lift, but our on-site team could have helped you take your luggage up to the first floor if you needed it.
Regrettably, you forgot to mention that you were able to dine in the restaurant, albeit after a 10-minute wait at the bar, which we tried to keep as short as possible. We would therefore have liked to hear your feedback on your experience in our bistronomic restaurant.

Petite remarque : chocolat trop sucré et un café en grains un peu décevant.

Very poor service as the restaurant was closed in the evening because there were "not enough" guests. Had to go to Intermarche to buy food to eat in our room!
Next morning at breakfast we counted 15 guests and 14 cars in the car park?

It is difficult for us to receive such a harsh and damaging rating for a service that you judge without even having enjoyed it, and which we take care to detail on our communication platforms: our bistronomic restaurant is quite simply closed at weekends.
Didn't you appreciate the idyllic surroundings? The accessibility of our free, secure car park? Or the friendliness of our smiling, welcoming team? We always look after our guests, because we want their stay to go as smoothly as possible.

Accueil très agréable,
Cependant le déjeuner un peu limite arrivé au déjeuner à 9h20 il n’y avait plus rien (croissant dure..) déjeuner payer 12€par personnes pour manger 1 yaourt et boire un café
Nous sommes venus pour passer un bon moment avec comme service le SPA ! Mais nous n’avons même pas pu en profiter car il faut réserver pour y aller et la dame n’as pas accepter notre réservation la veille pour le matin soit disant « nous ne prenons pas les réservations pour le lendemain pour éviter les oublis de dernière minutes » sauf que sa collègue du matin nous a bien dit qu’elle aurait du prendre notre réservation pour le jacuzzi surtout qu’on était là bas la nuit ! Un séjour très décevant et surtout rapport qualité prix pas du tout bonne! Nous recommandons pas du tout cet hôtel !

Il y a visiblement eu un manque de communication très inhabituel de notre part, soyez assurée que nous avons fait un point avec l'équipe pour éviter ce type de déconvenue à l'avenir.
Concernant la propreté de la chambre, votre commentaire nous surprend, car nous accordons une grande importance à l'hygiène impeccable de notre établissement. Literie confortable et petit déjeuner appréciable. Spa à revoir car Sauna pas assez chaud et jacuzzi trop ancien pour fonctionner correctement, décevant. Attention de vérifier avant de vous installer si la télé fonctionne! Pour une nuit ce n est pas grave mais au prix de la chambre c est tout de même un minimum.

The staff is young and friendly, attentive to customers: Ludivine and the night watchman and the morning service. The carpets in the room need to be changed, their dirt is scary... the sink is ridiculously small: well done architect!

Beautiful hotel despite being positioned in an activity zone! The welcome is very professional, considerate and caring. The restaurant offers a menu and tasty dishes. The restaurant room is the same as the breakfast room and is a little austere. The hotel offers a spa/sauna service for a very modest fee for 1 hour. This is very useful for relaxing after a day of work. The room is comfortable and offers a courtesy tray (with only coffee - tea or infusion would be welcome). Every day a bottle of water is made available in the room.

Very good welcome, fast and helpful. Too bad the night watchman does not take into account the rest of these customers by continuing to serve very noisy and undisturbed customers late (beyond midnight). Being forced to get up and get dressed to get the right to sleep in a hotel.
We spent two nights at the hotel and shared a dinner. Very pleasant welcome, comfortable room even if the size is modest. Clean and functional bathroom. To consider passing the curtain to the dry cleaners soon... Too bad. The dinner was hearty and beautifully presented, a little more chocolate with the cannelés would have satisfied my sweet tooth! Sunday morning we witnessed an altercation with customers who were not very understanding and were rude to the young person at reception. Very uncomfortable for her who was obviously doing her best.
Family type hotel, very friendly welcome, decent room with a very tasteful design like the whole. Why a mixed review? The double bed is very comfortable but a little narrow and the overall cleanliness leaves something to be desired. In room 5 the bathroom ceiling is brownish, stained with moisture, the shower floor is slippery and the carpet is not always spotless, like in the corridors. These faults compensate for the pleasant garden and the calm environment!

I had taken the option of the Spa route when making my reservation and upon my arrival your receptionist told me that it was partially out of service!… I would have preferred to be informed of this incident before my arrival at the 'hotel Cdlt
The room was good but a problem with the shower which did not flow and which flooded the entire bathroom and part of the bedroom. We just had towels to mop up. Wake up around 9:30 a.m. by the maid. For young parents who were happy with their lie-in, not great. But that means we still sleep very well there.

We had a very pleasant stay. The welcome was simply perfect, the friendliness of the staff, the calm of the place, the cleanliness and functionality of the room. Everything was really perfect, with a special mention for our hostess on arrival who was really great! :)
Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Das Hotel liegt nah an der Autobahn. Das Check In schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben Superior Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Genug Auswahl. Wir hatten das komplette Menü und es war sehr gut. Wir waren mit Hund im Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr tierfreundlich. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Very large and very comfortable room, however the bathroom has no shelf or piece of furniture to put your things on. There is only one type of lighting (not practical at night), the window that delimits the shower is too narrow and the bathroom is flooded with each shower (floor and door seal). Very good breakfast!
An excellent stay with a perfect establishment where the whole team is pleasant and helpful.
Room was a bit small but fine for an overnight stay whilst travelling. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. Shame the restaurant is closed at weekends but the cheese board was a good substitute.

Nice hotel, modern, very cocooning! Friendly welcome. Small point to improve: breakfast too expensive compared to what is offered and fresh bread would be a plus. We had taken 1 hour of SPA the sauna did not work but hey we did 1 hour of jacuzzi! A bottle of water would have been appreciated in this moment of relaxation.

top team, spacious rooms and comfortable beds
The hotel is well located, accessible, modern. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The only thing that bothers me is for the stopover evening at €125, the menu is not complete either starter / main course or main course / dessert if you want starter / main course / dessert it is an extra €7 and supplements between €5 and €7 on fish for starters and main courses. I do not count the drinks it is normal that they are in supplements.
Rather tired rooms. No lifts or trolleys so luggage was an issue.
We’ve been touring for several weeks in France and found this hotel less value for money than others. Location is bland and the restaurant was also.

Lovely helpful staff on reception. We were given a room with a small double bed, but it was changed to a big double on request.
Excellent food at dinner but head waiter ignored our order for wine twice and was surly and rude. We had with us a family member who lives in Bordeaux and speaks fluent French. He did not appologise and a young waiter eventually brought our wine.

Everything is perfect. The quality of the human welcome, warm and benevolent. Very clean and tastefully decorated hotel. The only downside is the quality of the breakfast to be reviewed: bread from the day before or the day before, the same for the pastries and overcooked ones, choice of fruit limited to an orange or apple. Damage.
A base price for a stopover evening at €125 and the only part that makes you digest the disappointment is the meal. A bedroom with a "tie, blocking" to secure the broken window, the sliding door giving access to the bathroom / WC 🚻 almost impossible to maneuver, slide, without forcing like an ox and rear parking level sound insulation had to be forgotten . You go to reception to let them know and find a solution. The only answer obtained was: “yes, we know! ". And, nothing, nada, not even we change your room, sorry finally a behavior worthy of a Logis 3 * hotel. So, for lunch or dinner, ok! For a stopover evening or even a so-called classic room rental at 125€ for one and , from memory 88 or 93 € per room. We need to stop taking customers for fools. Finally 1 advice go your way, there is undoubtedly better and cheaper
LOGIS app visibly weak with the impossibility of booking the stopover evening in advance. No modification possible on site, which induces additional accommodation costs on the catering part. For the electric car, you can warn in advance, thermal vehicles are parked in front of the terminals and impossible to recharge. Spa access still restricted for late arrivals, despite the offer offered at the price of the room. The additional cost of this hotel compared to others in the vicinity becomes difficult to justify ...
Well received at the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom are small (no problem, being alone) and clean. The restaurant is ok, but the service lacks warmth. Avoid champagne, of very poor quality (despite its price). Wifi connection difficulties.

I regularly stop at this hotel depending on the price offered. Both for family and for work. The restaurant and the breakfast are very very good! The bedroom is also very practical!

The room was okay but the carpet was really not great at all The shower was clogged so even when taking a quick shower the bathroom was flooded And no possibility of having hot water when arriving after 10 p.m. at the hotel
Overall it's ok, room 14 not terrible, aging and damaged furniture, broken/missing bathroom shelf. Excellent restaurant. Excellent welcome and service!
We have been to this hotel several times already. We really like the spa area for a little relaxation. On the other hand, we were very disappointed because there is no more catering on weekends and before the restaurant was open on weekends. This allowed us to enjoy our dinner in the hotel after going to the spa. Really a shame because we really appreciate this restaurant. A small downside for this time: the water in the spa shower and in the rooms was barely lukewarm. Otherwise the rest of our experience was fine as usual.
Tesla charging doesn't work. Room was clean except for the carpet. The hot water wasn't hot, almost cold. Receptionist was kind and helpful but couldn't fix the Tesla charging. (There is another kind of charger but it is not compatible with Tesla type 2).

we had asked to put our bicycles somewhere in the hotel. We had asked this by mail thrugh booking. We didn't get an answer. Arriving at the hotel is was according to the people at the reception really impossible to put our bikes somewhere safe. By departure we noticed that there was plenty of room to do this, but that they refused to help us. So we had to put our expensive bikes alongside of our bed in our small room.
There was no soap not at the washtable and also not in the shower. We asked to get this and finally we got this.
The restaurant was closed, it was in before indicatet that the restaurant would be open.
At the reception they mentioned that we got a mail about this, but this was really not the case.
The roof at the shower was dirty, the shower was broken, in the corners of the room there was old dust...
The staff is doing their work, but they don't give any sign that they are involved in being a staff member of the hotel. This is an issue of good leadership.

We stopped there before going to Spain. The hotel is well located for the highway. The hostesses were friendly, the room pleasant even for a family of 4. The downside was that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. Good step.
