Nous avons passé une nuit, 2 adultes, 2 enfants, dîner et petit déjeuner. Tout c'est très bien passé. Un hôtel traditionnel, familiale.
Tres bien sauf le petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce qui a été proposé
Hôtel très bien situé, comme à la maison, parking gratuit à proximité, accueil et disponibilité de la gérante, très agréable, chambre avec vue sur l'Ariège, calme, balcon. Je reviens chaque année pour le travail.
Très contente de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Prix attractif pour une jolie chambre avec belle vue et litterie confortable.

Hotel in its original form, old. Very basic equipment. Bedding to be reviewed, bathroom and sanitary facilities really old.
Several experiences from May to October 2023 allow me to say this, with all kindness: an establishment that was once well reputed but unfortunately today in decline despite the efforts of the people involved on a daily basis to accompany/support an elderly management diminished by health problems . We will have to think about "handing over", it would be a shame if an establishment with such potential disappeared from the region. Opinion written to explain the overall "Correct" rating that I give it
Hotel very nicely located. Motorcycle was in a locked garage. We ate a very tasty trout in the restaurant.
Owner and friendly staff... but a shame poorly maintained hotel, garden not maintained at all, 3rd landing blatant lack of vacuum cleaner, musty smell
Unwelcome, borderline unpleasant upon my arrival. Extremely dirty room: lots of dust everywhere, even on the shelves where we put clothes, unsanitary shower siphon, hair, unchanged sheets and stained blanket..Nauseous smell of cat urine in the room. We took photos of each corner as well as the sheets.

Liked · The location in the heart of the city Did not like · Cleaning not carried out when we arrived at 12 noon, possibility of returning from 2 p.m. but the cleaning was far from satisfactory (sheep of dust, hair on the ground , dust above cabinets). The bathroom equipment is poorly fixed (toilet paper holder, shower screen). The hotel is very aging (paint peeling off in the bathroom, unstable table, multiple vending machines in the useless bathroom, poorly washed floor, dirty and old bedspread. The receptionist's welcome is not up to date. height, not helpful or understanding of our expectations. The manager is more complacent but not helped by her team. The photos on the BOOKING site did not represent reality at all!!!

Great hotel. Well placed with a very nice view of the Ariège. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Very good room with bathroom. Excellent food very good food.
The hotel manager was rude and arrogant. The hotel closes daily at 9:30 p.m., after which nobody is allowed in or out. The website says the hotel is open 24 hours. The manager told us to have our dog pee in the shower after 9:30pm as we are not allowed out. The room had no air conditioning and the room was very hot. You can't leave the window open because the main street in front of the hotel is very noisy. The room was renovated but there was a lot of mold in the shower. Breakfast was very basic. None of the employees spoke English, although the hotel website states that the hotel speaks Spanish and English in addition to French.

Years in this professional reception, the receptionist asks me to be there at 9:30 p.m. otherwise the hotel would be closed. Inadmissible learning that a pass could have been provided but that it was not offered to me, So "futage of the mouth" of the tourist,
Hotel and meals to avoid
Everything is perfect, the comfort, the calm, the friendliness of the staff. The evening meal taken in the restaurant, with a wide view of the river, was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. Our friends and we enjoyed this establishment very much and we recommend it without hesitation We are already thinking of returning for another stay
All that's missing is a private car park.

Hotel well located, quiet with easy parking nearby. Warm and smiling welcome, are very caring. Very spacious room, impeccable cleanliness. Quality catering with local products, a real pleasure to taste. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the departure, a friendly team, constant smiles. Accueil sympathique. Ascenceur pour rejoindre sa chambre sans effort. Chambre côté jardin avec vue sur l'Ariège et un beau panorama. Très calme. Personnel du restaurant avenant et très serviable. Menu Terroir de bonne qualité pour un prix très raisonnable. Petit déjeuner en buffet. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour.

Apart from the cleanliness of the room, which is very limited, sheep hair, dust under the bed, stained pillow and dirty toilet, breakfast with limited products, a pity because the welcome was rather friendly but very brief.

Hotel well located in the city center, car parks nearby, lift, beautiful restaurant room overlooking the river, impeccable dinner and breakfast. Room on the river side pleasant but small, dilapidated and without air conditioning, small and dilapidated bathroom.

Potentially a nice hotel in a good location, but a bit run down. For example the table on our balcony was falling to bits, and the garden by the river was a mess. Also it was advertised as having air-conditioning by booking.com, which it had never had.

Good hotel generally though some things in the room need improvement/fixing
The room was supposed to have a queen bed, we ended up with 2 twin beds. It is very small and gives an oppressive effect. In the middle of a heat wave, the window to the sun was wide open, only the small shutters were closed. I understood why, When we close, there is absolutely no ventilation and it is even more oppressive. It's old, the bedspreads are probably 100 years old! one of the bolster cases was badly stained. I think it had been washed, but it gives an overall "messy" effect. There was no toilet paper. The bathroom door opens badly.
