The proprietor was very helpful and efficient - she took the time to help us find a restaurant to suit us, even though she was extremely busy. She coped very well with multiple languages, and lots of queries.
Convenient position with good parking. We were pleasantly greeted when parking and checking in. The bedroom / En suite was very clean with comfy bed. We finished our stay with a perfectly adequate breakfast.

Very well located close to the city center. The small parking lot is very convenient.
The hotel room had a window overlooking the inner courtyard, half taken up by a spiral staircase. A strong light was on there all night. We had to draw the curtain so we wouldn't be staring at the spiral staircase all the time. The window lever was broken and completely removable. It was only with a little skill that the window could be opened. The breakfast was extremely poor and did not contain any salty products like cold cuts or ham. No eggs. Very simple in the choice of products!
Close to the city center and the train station and quiet. Very welcoming and very friendly staff.

Location was Excellent and was able to walk in Town and see the Fantastic Light Show. Good Value for Money

Breakfast was to our liking with friendly service. We have a reservation about the decoration which looks a bit Ehpad (But it's a matter of taste)

Hotel easily accessible, very quiet and very well located in relation to the city and historic center. Fortunately, the hotel has a car park, which is difficult and paying in the area. Small flat independent of the hotel: grouping near young people not very correct generating a feeling of insecurity.

Room a little weird with two windows on either side of the bed, no bedside table. Luckily it's winter, because otherwise it would have been a lot of light in the morning, because the curtains are not blackout. In the bathroom, it has a French window with translucent glass and a simple curtain and I did not feel comfortable (lack of privacy) because the bathroom overlooks a terrace.
Dark room in the evening, to work it is not pleasant. Noisy restaurant that day probably due to the large number of people present. Very few free parking spaces inside, you have to park outside and pay.
We were made to feel very welcome by all staff who were attentive and friendly. Parking reserved for us when we were going to arrive late and illuminated walk of the town recommended which was great. Food in the restaurant was really very good.

Surprised I was asked to pay full amount on arrival. Then told restaurant shut, so go out for dinner. Later I was told no breakfast on 2nd morning of stay. Had lengthy discussions before they agreed to refund 2 breakfasts for which I had paid. No mirror in bedroom.
Very cold welcome, hotel where you only need one night
Generally very good. A great pity we were unable to eat in the restaurant as it was fully booked. I stayed in the hotel 3 years ago and the same thing happened. Perhaps there should be an option when booking to reserve a table.
The room was very clean and very friendly receipt at the reception! One remark: after booking I found out that the restaurant was closed that week. I would recommend that this is made clear on the website of the hotel. However, the reception was at our request very nice to make a reservation for us in another restaurant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a large air-conditioned room facing the inner courtyard, it was very quiet. The hotel is right in the center of town, within walking distance to everything. It was a typical French breakfast. The attached restaurant L'Ecume is recommended.
Good little traditional hotel, clean, renovated rooms and bathrooms, well-located, nice staff.Be sure to book ahead for parking as it is limited at the hotel itself. there is good underground city parking a very short way away.
The hotel is very clean, easily accessible, the staff is very welcoming, the room is spacious and very clean, very well soundproofed, the only downside is the firmness of the mattress, which is much too hard. The breakfast is basic and could be improved for the price.
