cela fait plus de 5 années que nous venons dans cet hôtel lorsque nous descendons vers le sud. Nous avons toujours été reçu fort aimablement. La table est de très grande qualité et le choix des vins est grandiose, une véritable étape gastronomique.

Everything was perfect:: the smiling welcome, the kindness, the competence, the professionalism, the talent of a chef trained at a good school (pic a valence). The air conditioning above the restaurant is very loud (even restaurant closed) and audible open window from the room. The further the room is, the less audible the sound is, but still loud.

Very nice quiet hotel away from the national, secure motorcycle parking. Cozy room and very good restaurant the variation of appetizers is really very original with a special mention for the madeleine with black olives from Nyons served on a hot pebble!!! The sommelier is passionate about the wines he offers.

I really liked this hotel, very tasteful decoration, spacious, bright and very clean room, not a sound, and quality dinner and breakfast, choice and local specialties, all homemade, the cake with walnuts was divine, I'll be back for sure!! THANKS !!
Excellent service for the hotel and the restaurant. Very pleasant starred dinner, good wine list, attentive service. The room is compact, but the bed is comfortable. Good quality decoration.
The Hotel aspect is good, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, I understand that cooking is an art, but more than 2h30 of waiting between the order (at 8:00 p.m.) and the arrival of the first plates (around 10:45 p.m.), it's too long. In addition, for the two starters offered, there was only fish. Without offering a plethoric menu, we could at least expect a slightly more varied choice. At breakfast: soft croissants.
There was no air conditioning in the room!!
