Set deserving of refreshment and more maintenance both exteriorly and interiorly. Noisy between rooms. Resonates in rooms, hallways and common areas. Lack of coat racks in the bathroom. There is a welcome kettle but without consumables. There is no local restaurant (a claim that contributed to our choice of establishment) but a simple pizzeria. Good location of the hotel with high potential but which is not exploited as it should be.

Strong smell of humidity (?) in the room: despite the weather, windows open all evening and night, and perfume sprayed on the sheets! Evening stopover at €115 (€92 out of season) with a focaccia, a basic pizza and ONE scoop of ice cream (€2.50 à la carte!), decent breakfast. The kettle in the room is nice.

Very friendly welcome, calm, very pleasant environment. Pets very welcome. Comfortable bedding. Near Bassin d'Arcachon, many restaurants around. Too bad there is no air conditioning or fans in the rooms! Random cleaning under the bed.
The structure has a lot of potential, with different floors it could have a completely different effect.
A comfortable, quiet hotel, that was very near beach and good fish restaurant. Ideal for our one night visit with our dog.

Flee ... first opinion when we enter the hotel rather good Then when we are taken to our room it's the cold shower ... we had a room that I say a rabbit hutch ... a building worse than an old motel... an unpleasant smell of perspiration or the smell of basketball in the room... bathroom mold on the walls, shower cubicle door that is falling apart unpleasant smell coming out of the washbasin... Then came the bedtime and this is the new disappointment we hear the neighbors as if they were in our room the children were even afraid to sleep in their room alone so we shared ... I don't know if all the room are like this one but frankly Logis 2 stars I really don't know what the criteria are but we are disappointed 150€ per night without breakfast and well it's expensive to pay...

Non-existent soundproofing, we listened to the neighbors talking and showering as if they were next door; at 11.30 p.m. and 6 a.m. Single glazed and damaged bay window. Very insecure room because a simple bedroom door serves as an entrance door. Dust on the bedside tables. No rest in a room yet charged at 150 euros!

1st night: uncomfortable bedding / electrical outlets not fixed / swan neck of the very low taps (hand passing just below / cramped bathroom / landing door (entrance door) alveolar therefore zero acoustics, we shared life people circulating in the corridor. 2nd and 3rd night we asked for a new room. This one was much more comfortable but alas end-of-life bedding or manufacturing defect? (mattress crushed on a 20 cm strip on the side and along its entire length) and even remark on the front door.. On the other hand pretty garden. Having not had breakfast, without opinion on this point. Price too high for this imperfect comfort. Probably the fact of a reduced competition.Andernos is not very rich in quality hotel unfortunately.

Aging hotel, very poorly equipped, no soap, no tea, sink, leaking shower, water that goes from freezing to hot... Breakfast at 7:30 am, too early for the receptionist... Restaurant, food arrive without even making a choice... Too bad, beautiful location.
The hotel is warm and the rooms comfortable, the welcome is cordial and the reception was attentive to my requests, thank you. On the other hand, big disappointment on the table. I find that the Logis quality is not there, prawns cooked alone as a starter, sausage/fries as a dish and probably industrial pie. I also find that breakfast could be served earlier on weekdays. From 7:30 am, it's a little late for people on stopovers, who by definition work after their stay.

Overall disappointed. Bad smells in the room, wobbly sink faucet on the sink. Impossible to have breakfast at 7:30 even after 30 minutes of waiting. The staff did not show up. Finally we left after only one night when we were supposed to stay two nights.

Very pleasant welcome Soundproofing of the rooms non-existent. Hearty breakfast, in a delicious patio, but quality of coffees, teas and drinks to be reviewed. Restaurant not tested because absolutely not attractive by its menu.
The bedroom door was damaged and the bathroom floor had peeling paint. There was a kettle but no cup or what to make a herbal tea for example.

Decent hotel but the building we had was not soundproofed, apart from the classic noises of people moving around, moving chairs, going down stairs, when our neighbors were taking a shower, the pipes (intakes and evacuations) sounded like if it was in our room, between going to bed late and getting up early, the nights are short :)

Non-existent reception. A soft bed, basic room. A "summer camp" hotel. 3 days without cleaning the bedroom floor. No hair dryer. A kettle without a cup! No air conditioning system. We have to cook in the summer. Hotel in its juice. The breakfast at 9€50 does not make you want to, the fruits are very tired. Orange tasteless. Luckily we didn't spend too much time at the hotel We handed over the keys at the end of the stay, not a nice word, just goodbye. One wonders if the person at the reception is there of his own free will! We will not return to this hotel.

Boiling water, impossible to shower. No soundproofing, the noise comes from outside, from the floor etc... Very bad experience. A t-shirt in the floor forgotten by the former occupant....
