Rien à dire sur l'accueil. En revanche, voisin très bruyant et quasiment pas de savon.... Pas terrible ça. Et pour se faire un thé, c'est dans des tasses à café.
Très bel établissement aux portes d'Orléans! chambre standard fonctionnelle, un peu petite mais confortable.

Friendly, good service , we asked for two adjacent rooms cause our children slept in the other room and we got that. We got clear instructions when we arrived late. Rooms were a bit small but clean. The beds were very good. We had a good night of sleep all of us. Environment was quiet. Easy payment.

Accommodation is Oke but the lack of friendliness and hospitality buy the host was definitely not pleasant.

Classic proper French hotel, comfortable, quiet and spotless. Handy location for visiting Orleans - we used the local bus both ways very easily. Excellent and varied breakfast buffet. The manager was friendly and helpful. Useful shops and supermarket nearby. Would happily stay again.
We arrived at the hotel at 20:30 as we previously indicated and checked in. At 21:30 we tried to have a shower and found there was no hot water in our room and the radiators were cold. I telephoned to the reception area to let them know and to ask them to fix the problem. The problem was clearly known to the hotel on our arrival BUT DID NOT TELL US !!. The next morning of course there was no hot water or heat again. We were charged 100 Euros to stay the night !!. We left and had to scramble to arrange another hotel for the next night. It is outrageous to be charged for staying in a hotel when they know when we booked in that there was no hot water. It was the most miserable experience. I only hope you will refund our money. I did not want to get into an argument with the hotel receptionist as this was clearly not her fault she was just an employee.

Displaying a stopover but without dinner is confusing at best, at worst it's a lie. After 6 am I learn that there is no restaurant, room as big as an ibis and not heated... at this price for me it's my disappointment.

Presentation on booking.com misleading about the inclusion of breakfasts in the price. In addition, I had asked if the breakfasts were included in the offer and this had been confirmed to me on my arrival. Except during the payment it was added in supplement! Review your booking.com presentation because the turn of phrase is almost misleading ("you will enjoy a buffet breakfast and free parking"). As for wifi, unusable because 1Mbits/sec. Soundproofing to review, I could know what TV channel my roommate was on.

Beautiful old building with seating in the garden. Check-in friendly. Room and bathroom tiny but very clean. Bed very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and worth the extra charge. Overall good for a one night stay
We were passing through and can only recommend the accommodation! It's not far to Orléans, no problem at all by bike. The breakfast was also great, greetings to the owners 👍😊
