Nice hotel with perfect parking. The comfort of the hotel should be improved as a whole. Very comfortable bed but room a bit noisy due to constant traffic on the street. Fair cleaning. Improved breakfast. The 4 stars are a bit too many!

Great hotel, small downside: Noise from the parquet floor on the floor above very noisy.
Room that smells of cigarettes and without minibar. Very basic bathroom. Open to the bedroom. No bathrobe. Outdated carpets. Average breakfast. Industrial butter. No scrambled eggs. Minimum service.. in short, we are far from the advertised 4*. 3*, no more.

Evening catering was disappointing; in particular the quiche (oddly cooked, very small part), the risotto which was not, the crumble without apples. Overall, bad value for money.
Hotel very well located. Large bedroom with terrace. Fairly quiet. The terrace is unfortunately not very pleasant because we have the impression of being with the neighbors and when the neighbors are on their terrace they have a bird's eye view of our room. But overall it was a good stay (the weather was not very nice so the use of the terrace was restricted)
We booked 2 same rooms for one night. The room on the 2nd floor was clean and very nice comparing to the other room in the basement. This room had almost no natural light and the smell of a humid room. Its dissapointing they ask the same price for the 2
Rooms while the difference is very big.
Very comfortable hotel, great breakfast
Our stay was very pleasant, spacious terrace room, quality air conditioning. The reception and the service are particularly neat. We were able to dine after 10 p.m., thanks to the high-quality vacuum-packed menu and the friendliness of the night staff… a much-appreciated must!!!

After a very warm welcome i slept great in the very goods beds. The breakfast was good with again exceptionally friendly staff. Over all a great stay an wel worth the money.
One word: wow! When I arrived the very sweet young lady did everything to make me feel welcome. Her colleague took over and made feel welcome either. Both were very sweet and hepfull; keep them forever!
My room was really perfect. It was new, it was clean, it was cosy but it was also very modern (for example multiple usb contacts (!!!) ; awesome!!!).
Just one thing: make a parking spot for bikers (and not the place I had to put my bike because Inhad to push it up and that is not what you want…). I definitely recommend this hotel! Oh and more thing: max 5 minutes walk to the centre…!

Pleasant stay overall. I expected something more "prestigious" for the room knowing that it is the most upscale but that it offers a very inaccessible shower because the crawling walls are very low, the air conditioning only works in the living room side and not in the bedroom, a broken skylight. The breakfasts are very disappointing for the price, the only breakfast we had was orange juice, hot chocolate and yogurt for €15…no pastries, no bread, apparently it was late but never seen on the table…

Stay as expected. However, although the hotel is open to animals, their presence in the breakfast room is not desired. This should be mentioned on booking or on arrival. The communication of this information on arrival in the room was not a pleasant experience.

We had a beautiful room (3) but think it is a bit awkward not to have a door between the room and the bathroom/toilet. To us it seems this can be corrected soon by mounting a solid door between the two spaces.

Tbh I expected better. It was a room for the night in the same way kyriad is a room for the night. No more no less. It was style over substance. I wouldn’t stay again. The receptionist failed to invite us to park in the secure area even though we had mentioned we’d left our van in the free public carpark full of expensive sports car gear. Stuff like that. I travel a lot and I can sense pretty early in if staff will put themselves out. Cobweb well established in the lower bath window. Bath is too tall, no slip mat, no grab handle to safely in and out, complicated plug so couldn’t empty water out. Stylish but useless lamps leaving watch phone etc on the floor, the door to the wc doesn’t close properly and you are essentially sitting in a claustrophobic cupboard. Decor is that of a scandi noir which is prob the intention. Tissue box in bathroom not filled which would have been handy as I’d just lost my queen and was v upset

Standard room very minimalist and very small for a hotel mentioning 4 **** Decent bedding Courteous reception as a whole. For a price of 130 euros per night, there was better during our week of cultural visit.

Friendly and welcoming team. Not too far from the city center and 2 steps from the train station. Appreciable parking. Room with terrace very well. A bit noisy because at the edge of a busy street. Maybe plants to add to avoid the vis-à-vis but otherwise top.

4 stars on a human scale. The owner is particularly attentive to the expectations of his customers, he is very pleasant and warm. The hotel is very comfortable, excellent air conditioning (it was 35 degrees in Bourges). Zero fault. A little nod to Aîcha who worked at night and who is adorable.
I was greeted like a dog in a bowling game by an austere, haughty, aggressive woman without even looking for dialogue, accusatory because of an error probably made on Booking. This inhospitable arrival surprised me so much that it ruined the evening for me. The second point is that room 10 overlooks a busy boulevard, whose traffic prevented me from sleeping peacefully.
You are not at the hotel but with the owners ... Room on the street to avoid if you do not want to spend a sleepless night
